The North Carolina
HIV Training Center (NCHTC)
This program is funded by HRSA. It is North Carolina’s
local AIDS Education and Training Center (AETC), which is a sub-site
of the Southeast AIDS Training and Education Center (SEATEC) at
Emory
University. The purpose is to educate clinical health care providers
about HIV infection including prevention, diagnosis, treatment,
and psychosocial issues. For more information contact Robin

Peer Education Training Site (PETS)
PETS is funded through NC Department
of Health and Human Services and is a collaboration with Partners
in Caring (a program in Duke University Medical Center’s
Pastoral Care) that implements peer education curriculum and training
activities for persons living with HIV/AIDS. For more information
